The name
Named for the people who first made chocolate.
Mokaya is named for the ancient Mesoamerican people who first made a drink from cacao. We work in that lineage. Single-origin beans from Latin America, chocolate made tree-to-bar, everything by hand. Everyone deserves good chocolate.
